A condensed matter physicist working between soft materials, atomistic simulation and advanced energy systems.
Minh Triet Dang is Associate Professor at the Department of Physics Education, School of Education, Can Tho University. His research spans computational and condensed matter physics, with expertise in first-principles simulations of low-dimensional materials, colloidal systems and energy-storage materials.
He earned his PhD in Physics at the University of Amsterdam with a dissertation on non-equilibrium transitions in colloidal glasses and gels. Before returning to Can Tho University, he worked as a design engineer at ASML in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
His projects have received support from NAFOSTED, the Ministry of Education and Training, VINIF, VinUniversity, Japanese ODA and Can Tho University. His work includes granted and submitted technologies in molecular simulation and battery materials.
Research training joins formal physics, computational practice and independent scientific judgement.
